    The pools at Lake Lawn Resort are fabulous, perfect for cooling off on a warm day or splashing around with the kids. The staff were as friendly as a golden retriever, eager to help with any request, and the views of the lake are amazing-like a postcard come to life!

    The kiddie pool was perfect for them, and we loved how the recreation team organized fun games. The relaxed atmosphere allowed my family to enjoy time together while the adults could unwind at the lakeside bar with some refreshing drinks.

    My wife says that the restaurant service was quite slow, and it left us a bit frustrated . One improvement could be more attentive staff in the dining area, especially when families are eager to eat after a long day of fun.

    Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, a wonderful indoor pool, and a great fitness center. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly returned my forgotten earphones. Don't miss out on their wonderful customer service. I'm coming back for a business trip!

    The fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere for evening relaxation. The pools were well maintained, perfect for family enjoyment.

    We liked what they had to offer for things to do. Nice gift shop. Nice lake view.

    Rooms was not organized very well. Microwave in closet Coffee pot under sink in bathroom. The room wasn't quiet heard next door til 3 in the morning.

    Location to Lake Geneva was good.

    When I made reservations, I was not told that the main indoor pool and whirlpool were close. Two days before my stay I received an email to that effect. That is the main reason why we stayed at this resort. I should be entitled to a partial refund. Also the air cond is very hard to set. Room and hallways had a bad odor.

    The king loft room had a microwave, mini fridge, and a private patio with outdoor furniture. The pools were fun, especially the one with the scenic views of the lake. Had a great time roasting marshmallows at the fire pits. The food was surprisingly excellent at the restaurants, and the staff was super friendly.

    the room turned out to be large and generous sized with kitchen and the patio, for example. location: the hotel was close enough to the main restaurant, lake lawn resort, and the lake at night.

    Couldn't find any faults at all.
